01. THE NEED

Schneider Electric is a multi-national company with over 180,000 employees worldwide. They needed someone to cover a six-month maternity leave. Someone with years of experience who could onboard quickly and help them keep their sales efforts moving forward. 

02. THE WORK

As part of a busy global team, I curated and wrote a weekly newsletter, encouraged knowledge sharing across key stakeholders and promoted sales resources via internal channels. 

03. THE RESULT

I wanted the role to be easier for the returning employee. To ensure a smooth transition, I helped improve efficiencies in workflow, updated the newsletter design, created video tutorials for a better handover and helped revise subscriber lists across multiple platforms.
