01. THE NEED
A refresh with a more conversational tone of voice was needed for a series of auto-response emails to new and existing customers, newsletter subscribers and collectors.
02. THE WORK
The email sequence included 24 unique emails that targeted the different buying cycle stages: awareness, consideration, and purchase. Each email had an attention-grabbing subject line, preheader and body written in a conversational yet professional tone.
03. THE RESULT
The copy was delivered in a format that included headers, subheaders, and if/then branches. The content was ready for their team to insert into the CRM program.
