01. THE NEED

Owner of Cloud Concepts, Ollie Brooke, was ready to scale his business and outsource the content writing for the websites he builds for clients. His sites are uncomplicated and give businesses a professional online presence at a reasonable price.

02. THE WORK

The content for each website focused on the customer’s pain points and highlighted the services offered. Since the businesses were local, I was usually a customer or potential customer. I focused on the benefits rather than features and the connection to the community.

03. THE RESULT

Local small businesses within the Port Macquarie community now have a presence online. They’re reaching more customers with a website that is affordable, and professionally designed with customer-focused content.
